This analysis allows an individual to look at their preferences in work as it relates to decision-making, processing of information and interaction with colleagues. Certain personalities are best suited to specific occupations or careers.
CAVE Inc. provides the following Personality Tests:
- Vocational Implications of Personality (VIP) every individual has a preference to perform certain types of tasks, interact with co-workers that compliment their style of work, and the desire to be productive in their work setting. Eight specific vocational work personality types are identified with descriptions that recognize an individual’s unique qualities, strengths, and characteristics as they relate to work.
- Vocational Preference Inventory (VPI) a personality-interest inventory composed entirely of occupational titles. This assessment yields a broad range of information concerning occupational interests, interpersonal relationships, values, self-conceptions, and coping behaviors.
- Career Attitudes and Strategies Inventory (CASI) an inventory for understanding common attitudes, feelings, experiences, and obstacles that influence career decisions of employed and unemployed adults.
- Learning and Working Styles Inventory (LWSI) every individual, student, employee, trainee, or client has unique learning styles and work characteristics. This comprehensive assessment that provides valuable information on an individual’s major learning styles and work characteristics.
